Mrs. Anderson, I have finished the review sheet, but I have a couple answers that I'm not sure if they are right.
(14) Why were the Committees of Correspondence formed?
----where colonist could communicate with each other about any more British threats to their liberty.
(17) What acts were passed after the Boston Tea Party?
----Intolerable Acts, including the Quartering Act.
(31)What was Common Sense? Who wrote it?
----Its a pamphlet that says its time to declare our independence. Thomas Payne wrote it.
(32) Why was it important?
----it convinced many people to support independence.
(48) Describe the conditions at Valley Forge.
----cold and ?????
(49) What did many slaves do as a result of the war?
----escaped
I know these are a lot of questions, but if you could tell me if I'm on the right track I'd appreciate it sooo very much! Oh and question 48, I have no idea what the answer is.

17 all you need to know is the Intolerable Acts
31 is right by "Paine" is spelled this way
32 is right
48 --- it was cold, the men lived in tents with very little clothing or blankets to protect them from the weather, many men died due to frostbite and exposure
49 is right
48 --- you'll have to tell me what the question was, I don't have a copy of the study guide with me
